Exchange & Returns Policy

“We do not offer returns or exchanges. Please ensure you’ve selected the correct product. Feel free to request live product videos via our support chat before completing your purchase.”

“We do not offer guarantees or accept returns for gold or rose gold plating on any jewelry or idols. The longevity of the plating depends on its maintenance and usage.”

We will consider exchanges only in the following situations:

1. Manufacturing defects.

2. Stones that are missing, fallen out, or damaged.

3. Damage that occurs during shipping.

Please report any issues or damages to connect@kalaacharjewellers.com or via Support Chat within 24 hours of receiving your package. Products are not eligible for exchange after this time frame. Additionally, provide us with an unboxing video that thoroughly examines the product for defects. The video should be recorded without any breaks or edits to facilitate the return process.

To qualify for an exchange, your item must remain in its original condition, unused and unworn, and packaged as received. Additionally, you will need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.
