You will be notified when your order ships from our store along with the shipment tracking number via Whatsapp and Email.
Once the courier company notifies that the product has been delivered at the provided shipping address, it is the responsibility of the customer to pick it up as soon as possible. Kalaachar Jewellers cannot be held responsible for missing package after the courier company has notified as “Delivered”.
